옷이 안 만들어져요. 옷 마법은 인터넷이 있어야 걸립니다. 와이파이를 확인하고 다시 시도해 주세요. 계속 안 되면 잠시 뒤 다시 해 보시고, 그래도 안 되면 이메일로 알려 주세요.
그린 그림은 어디로 가나요? 옷 마법을 걸 때만 우리 서버로 보내 옷 그림을 만들고, 90일 뒤 자동으로 지워집니다. 누가 그렸는지는 함께 보내지 않습니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보처리방침을 봐 주세요.
아이 혼자 써도 괜찮나요? 실패도 점수도 시간 제한도 없습니다. 글을 못 읽어도 그림과 목소리로 진행할 수 있게 만들었습니다.
애플펜슬이 없어도 되나요? 손가락으로도 그릴 수 있습니다.
그림을 지우고 싶어요. 앱을 지우면 기기 안의 그림이 모두 사라집니다. 서버에 보낸 그림까지 바로 지우기를 원하시면 이메일로 알려 주세요.

The clothing isn't being made. The spell needs an internet connection. Check your Wi-Fi and try again. If it keeps failing, wait a moment and retry, then email us.
Where does the drawing go? It is sent to our server only when the spell is cast, used to create the clothing image, and deleted automatically after 90 days. Nothing identifying the child is sent with it. See our Privacy Policy.
Is it safe for a child to use alone? There is no failure, no score and no timer. It is built so a child who cannot yet read can play with pictures and voice.
Do we need an Apple Pencil? No — a finger works too.
I want a drawing deleted. Deleting the app removes everything on the device. To remove what was sent to the server right away, email us.
